2. Lifetime Free Roadside Assistance:
– Registered Indian women car owners are entitled to lifetime free roadside assistance services.
– Roadside assistance services include, but are not limited to, towing, flat tire assistance, fuel delivery, battery jump-starts, and lockout assistance.
3. Registration Period:
– Free registration for the RoadServe New Year 2024 Offer is effective from 1st January 2024 to 31st January 2024.
– Only registrations within this stipulated period will be considered for the lifetime free roadside assistance.
4. Registration Process:
– Interested participants must complete the registration process on the official RoadServe website within the specified registration period.
– During registration, participants are required to provide accurate and complete information adhering to the KYC compliances stipulated by Roadserve.
5. Validity and Activation:
– Registrations made within the specified period will be deemed valid for the lifetime free roadside assistance.
– Once registered, participants will receive confirmation of the activation of the Roadside Assistance services through registered email or SMS.
6. Non-Transferable:
– The lifetime free roadside assistance is non-transferable and can only be utilized by the registered Indian woman car owner.
7. Usage Limitations:
– Roadside Assistance services are subject to reasonable usage limitations, which will be determined by RoadServe.
8. Exclusions:
– The offer specifically excludes coverage for repairs, parts replacement, or any associated costs beyond the scope of basic roadside assistance.
9. Modification or Termination:
– RoadServe reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of the offer at its discretion, without prior notice.
10. Compliance with Laws:
